And when you start hearing ads on 'BZ in the morning for seminars on buying real-estate as an investment, yeah, you know the bottom feeders have moved in. In Boston, I wonder if the entire market will implode or if it will be like the last time, where houses went down in value but not disastrously so while condos just completely collapsed, or if we're in for a mega-shock across everything?
