Ann Barnard reports from Gaza:

Palestinian Prime Minister Ismail Haniyeh accused Israel yesterday of trying to topple the Hamas-led government, declaring that the Israeli offensive in the Gaza Strip and the arrests of more than two dozen Hamas officials was designed to undo the militant group's election victory in January.

And...? Is he really surprised and outraged that his government would be attacked after what it has done? If you steal a bear cub, you'd better be prepared to run and I wouldn't waste too much time holding a press conference questioning the mother bear's motives.
