The drinking age:

On the other side of the Atlantic, everyone has a little wine with dinner, including teens. It's the sophisticated European way of life. But a recent survey showed that the EU has a drinking problem. Denmark especially. Its kids particularly.

...Among 15-year-old boys and girls here, European surveys show, nearly 70 percent have been drunk at least twice in the past year; 89 percent of 16-year-olds had been inebriated.

Maybe it's time for them to raise and enforce the drinking age.
