Winter wonderland:

I took these photos early yesterday morning. Then I came home and inadvertently deleted them from the memory card. Using software from Media Recover, I was able to undelete them from the card.

Snow event:

It was a cold, windy and snow-blown day around Boston yesterday as this photo in Franklin Field shows.

Snowblown

But we're lucky. All we have to contend with is the occasional noreaster. Lake effect snow is another story. Here's a satellite photo of a bad snow day around the Great Lakes.

MoMA:

While everyone else was shopping, I spent a few hours this morning in the renovated Museum of Modern Art in New York. I actually like a lot of this stuff, especially the photography and a lot of the mid 20th century paintings. But still, there's much to poke fun at.

Saturday Photos:

Going through old directories, I found a couple of photos to post; the first, a shot of two woman standing on a Barcelona sidewalk in an animated conversation; the second, a blind right hand shot out the passenger window as I was passing International Place, driving on the then elevated Central Artery.
